Our club's focus is on children having fun whilst participating and competing in athletics. Riverstone has remained a small family oriented centre where the interests of the children have always come first. It is important that our children remain safe at all times, for this reason we would like to draw attention to our code of conduct, which we expect all families will discuss and follow.
The code includes:
* There will be no use of bad or inappropriate language.
* No child will disrupt or hinder the progress of their age team by behaving inappropriately.
* No child will bully, attack verbally or physically any other child whilst on the field.
* Good sportsmanship will be encouraged.
* Parents must remain on the grounds at all times and assist where possible in the operations on competition nights, your assistance is beneficial to not only your own children but to our little athletics community as a whole.
Riverstone Athletics takes this code seriously.
Age Managers, parents and or Committee members will discuss each breach on a case to case basis.
Riverstone has a zero tolerance of issues relating to bullying, the firmest stance will be
taken in these issues and can include suspension from competition
